Refund policy

Monica Elena Atelier

Each piece at Monica Elena Atelier is created to order, prepared especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, our policies differ from standard retail.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are sent to production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

If you believe you made an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist — however, changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation

4. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

5. Shipping Information & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–15 business days, and in some cases longer depending on your bank or payment provider, for the refund to be processed and reflected.
